Who We Are

We are initially a small appliance repair company based in Montreal with less than 3 people. We always looked for the best tools to improve our needs to manage our company as it grew. Over the years, we found that there was slight improvement being made to the software for service industries. We tried many field service management companies and found that they needed to be updated, needed to be faster, had too many bugs, needed certain features, and so on. So we started developing our software, taking the best variants of every software we had ever tried. We spoke to hundreds of other field service managers, technicians, and bosses for advice on what they want to see in a field service management application. Eventually, after many years of perfecting our software, we got the best thing created for you. We have made it universal to fit almost any service industry so the owners can know what is going on with their business from the inside out, and the technicians and office workers have the best and easiest experience. We are now a large sized appliance repair company with over 25 employees and growing. We use the appliance repair company to keep finding new ways to improve the software.

When We Started

We can say we really started this back in 2011, when we first opened up our appliance repair company, figuring out ways to Frankenstein different software, paper and pen to make things work. Nothing was really affordable or worth it at the time. Eventually, we started using Excel sheets and google maps to book customers to get away from paper. Those days are far behind, and we had wished that something like this would come out then, but realistically the technology wasn't really there yet. Even our cell phones could hardly handle data at the time. Over the years, we slowly tried much software that promised they had everything, which some of them did, but they were broken or too slow or too expensive. So in 2020, we started developing our software. So glad we took the giant leap. It was tough but so worth it.

This is the main reason we started, to help our appliance repair company be manageable from a distance and to help all our operations run smoothly. We are here to share this with you now.
